Professional translation (not sworn), diplomatic, conference and field interpreting, NLP annotation, software development. Where a procedure requires a translation certified by a sworn translator, the client states this in the request. Every engagement is formalised in a signed quote. Rates, where published, are indicative.
Confidentiality
All files are handled under professional secrecy. Personal data and information received in the course of assignments are handled with probity, in strict compliance with applicable data-protection and confidentiality laws. No corpus is fed into a commercial LLM without a written mandate. Data is kept only for the duration of the assignment, then deleted.
Personal data
Information sent through the quote request forms (name, organisation, email, description of the request) is stored on our server and used only to reply to you. It is never transferred or sold. The NDA generator and the NLP sandbox run entirely in your browser: nothing is sent. To access or delete your data, write to agmoctar@hamadine-services.com.
Intellectual property
Seal, stamp, lexicographic corpora and software remain the property of HAM Global Words unless assigned in writing.
